- Fish and Chips
- Bunnings for reticulation
- Parents for computer support
- Create spices, paneer cheese (for future reference, 2L of milk gives around 387g of curds) and curry

For Christmas I got a copy of Mark Olive’s “Outback Café” cookbook, which includes native ingredients in the recipes. Today I noticed the URL for mail ordering the spices.
