hopefully some of that future fund money will be spent so that universities get cheaper bandwidth. After all, how come it’s cheaper to download something at home (for university) than to download it at university? God forbid anyone should want to listen to podcasts. I’m guessing the coalition’s optic fibre broadband network doesn’t seem to have made things any cheaper.
