It seems sad that maybe all your average attempted mugger needs to set them straight is a glass of wine and a hug. Thankfully it didn’t end in tragedy.
Lack of physical human contact in society is pretty sad really. Obviously we need more people like the Free Hug Guy.

Random things from today:
- Have been invited to join the evil Facebook
- Kit-Kat family block! I hope they don’t put them in a vending machine near me
- AusPost can now e-mail or SMS you about your P.O. Box (presumably to say it’s full of spam)
- I got a package (my lost property) from Imelda. It was in a shoebox. I grinned
- The law of conservation of Rebeccas has been upheld
- If there’s a bright centre to the universe, Huntingdale on a wet night is the place farthest from it. Few lights, roadworks, poor signage, maze of twisty little streets, all alike.
