Now our politicians are using props. Labor’s Steven Smith has a 2c piece (and I saw an enlarged one being waved around in a photo from Parliament the other day) and Kevin Andrews is waving around a fistful of dollars.
Perhaps they could just dress up like clowns and get on with actually doing something useful.
