Got to ring the RAC today to claim for a broken window on my car. The person on the phone filled out my claim, transferred me to Windscreens O’Brien, who then put a conference call through to their local office. The central office person knew there were two appropriate parts in the inventory at the local office. Installation organised and everything finished in under 2 hours. Brilliant!
